Where will we have our stall?
Can we still register for a stall?
It's no longer possible to register for large stalls. The book stalls are still possible to register, but since the stall areas are already planned, we can not guarantee that you will get a place in the thematic area you choose. You can register at: http://www.esf2008.org/registrations
Our organization has already registered and payed. Where are we going to
exhibit?
All organizations that have registered and submitted a email contact address has recently recieved a message with information about area and set up times etc. If you for some reason didn’t receive that message, please contact us at logistik@esf2008.org.
How do I pay?
Registration and payment can be made through the website. If you encounter any problems with payment, please contact francisco.contreras@esf2008.org.
How many free forum passes do we get?
Exhibitors don’t get free entrance. On the other hand, you don’t need a forum badge to enter the stall areas. You just need it to enter the seminar rooms.
What’s included? Do we need to bring our own chairs and tables?
This depends on which type of stall you have registered. For the one meter stalls, a part of a table and one chair is included. For the two meter stalls, a table and two chairs is included. In both types of the bigger stands, one table, two chairs and three walls are included.
How big are the stands?
The 4 m2 type mesures 2 * 2 metres. The 9 m2 type measures 3 * 3 metres. The walls are 2,5 metres high if you’re indoors, or 2,2 metres if you will be outdoors, in tents. It will be possible to put up your posters, banners etc, but you’re not allowed to paint the walls.
Where can we send our books/papers/leafleats?
Unfortunately we don’t have any possibility to recieve and store things for you.

or E-mail the downloaded form to stalls@esf2008.orgEach organisation can only get one stall due to limited space. The stalls are divided into categories according to size and type.
Payment
The payment should be made at the latest 20 days after the request/booking. If the payment is not received after 20 days the request/booking will be removed.
The payment should be paid
to the ESF account (write the name of the organization and "booking
of book stall/stall").

Confirmation
When we received the payment ESF Norden 2008 will confirm the booking straight to the contact address/contact person in the form.
