Le Comité d'organisation des pays nordiques

The Nordic Organizing Committee (NOC), formally named ESF Norden 2008, is responsible for the practical organizing of the ESF in Malmö 2008.

NOC has more than a hundred member organizations from the Nordic coutries and was formed in October 2007. Since then it has continually growed, held meetings, created workinggroups, an office in Malmö, and developed the planning and organizing of the 2008 ESF.

The NOC has a board consisting of 15 members representing memberorganizations from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The board is responsible for economical and principle issues of the organizing of the ESF in Malmö.

The main work of the NOC is made by eleven workinggroups, assisted by our office in Malmö and coordinated by a coordination group.
