15.000 in ESF march showed the heart of the forum

At least 15.000 joined the ESF march on Saturday the 20th of September. Participants, visitors and inhabitants of Malmö converged in a three hour long parade for another Europe and another world. All in all the forum program has been attended by over 13.000 participants from all over Europe. It has been a unique event in Scandinavia and a new step for the forum process. We thank all participants, volunteers, interpreters and people who has made this forum possible - and look forward to the next ESF in Istanbul in 2010, and the WSF in Belem 2009. Another Europe and another world would not be possible without you!
