ESF:s great parade and demonstration march on the 20th of September

One of the greatest highlights of the Forum in Malmö will be the great parade and demonstration march with our joint watchword ”Power to the people – against capitalism and enviromental destruction – Another world is possible!”. The march will depart from Rosengård and continue via Möllevången, Triangeln and Gustav Adolfs Square to Tallriken in the park Pildammsparken where we all will create a large joint event of speaches, musik and fellowship.

We have a vision of a march that expresses the broadness and strenght in all of the movements that makes up the large meetingplace that the forum is. Bring banners, flags and posters with your demands and slogans. Your commitment and spirit will create an unforgettable march! Here we where we really can demostrate that the roots of our visions hails from the people and the common knowledge that another world is both possible and necessary!

13.00 Gathering in Cronhielmsparken with speeches and music

15.00  Start of march

17.00 The joint event starts as the parade marches in. Once everyone has arrived the party will get started, among the performing artists are Anne Feeney, Patchanka and Mikael Wiehe.
