Description and analyses of projects, reforms implemented all over Europe (EU and others). Reports on all kind of struggles led by students, teachers and staff. What are the neoliberal goals and needs? What Higher Education we want? All aspects will be discussed from funding to careers across the key points : democracy, public services. An assessment of the Bologna process will be done.
