HEWAD is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable charity organization established in 1994 to provide Medical, Educational, Social and Humanitarian Assistance , Peace Building and Reconciliation to needy people of Afghanistan especially for Women and Children. HEWAD implements primary health care to needy people of Afghanistan, and within those focuses on provision of Education, health care and Humanitarian Assistance to the most vulnerable group, children and women in Afghanistan as well as in Pakistan for Afghan Refugees. HEWAD focuses on reduction of small arms, and prevention of conflicts in Afghanistan. It has build an advocacy unit and actively involve to reduce and eliminate small arms and prevent conflicts, convert and transform conflicts in to peace building initiatives and to promote culture of peace and democracy in Afghanistan. Organization Goals/Aims: To reconstruct and rebuild Afghanistan for the sake of living and giving the benefits to the residence is the task of HEWAD organization. To provide the requirements of the education for the children, who have suffered from the field of education from the last two and half decades. To protect and prevent the youth from the narcotics / Drug, a serious injury disease. To reconstruct and rebuild Afghanistan for the sake of living and giving the benefits to the residence is the task of HEWAD organization. To improve the role of women in society. Provision of women participation in the community. To improve the socio-economic education of Afghans. To end violence against girls and women.
