International Forum (IF) works to support and inform about popular movements around the world fighting to free them selves from exploitation and suppression. This can be done through the organisation of workers and through labour conflicts, armed rebellion and resistance, women’s struggle for liberation, landless farmers’ land occupation., indians fighting for better living conditions or people in the slum striving for a decent life. We consider us selves to be anti imperialists and we see global capitalism - the neo-imperialism - as the main reason for people being divided into rich and poor. But active anti-imperialistic work is not only about the third world and people far from here. We in the western world must also fight privatisation, the EU growing into a superpower, environmental damages, and the many attacks on the living conditions of ordinary people.
