The Nordic model -or the European model?
What is the Swedish/Nordic Model? Why is it so important for us to have collective agreement and not a law that controls the workers conditions? We will describe the difference and discuss with a perspective of the future. How does the Nordic model fit inside Europe and all of the globalisation of work? Can we keep our model in the future?
