Europe:participatory and deliberative democracy
Neoliberalism has emptied representative institutions and empowered private economic bodies and tecnocracy. So it is time for participatory democracy and popular deliberations in the political, social and economic fields. We can learn from Latin-american experiences pointing to the participation of all in every-dag decision-makings. What to do in Europe in order to enhance democracy from below?
