We want to analyze their position on the labour market in different European countries. Are they the victims of the flexibility policies or are they fully adapted to this flexible labour market? 1. How flexicurity is improved in different countries of Europe from the Nord to the Sur and in East countries. 2. In the 2th session we want to organize a more strategic debate
