Strategies against racism

1) Presentation about how the working class can approach questions concerning the rising problem of xenophobia and racism in Europe. 2) Racism causes personal, institutional and societal damage, affecting everyone. White people are conditioned to play an oppressive, racist role, but we can learn tools for healing the internal damage done to white people by racism through engaged listening.
