Programme process in stage two: merging
The ESF program is essentially built by the participating organizations themselves. All organizations supporting the WSF charter of principles can take part and organize seminars, workshops, assemblies, meetings and other program activities.
Registration of proposals for program activities was possible until June 5. More than 800 proposals where submitted!
We are now in the merging part of the programwork, where we have to fit these 800 proposals into 200 seminars. This is done by organisations co-operating, and there is a merging committee working on each separate theme to facilitate this process. When a merger has been agreed upon and confirmed, enter all the original propsosal codes (starts with ACT and followed by 7 numbers) of the seminars proposed to be merged here and you will recieve a new, common activity code that can be used for payment. If your activity is not merged, just leave it as it is and use the original activity code for payment.

Payment for program activities
Please note that no program activites can be payed until the merging is finished. Before this, we cannot schedule the program and therefor do not know what size of room you have to pay for, or how many organisations are sharing the fee. All payments for program activities will be made online through this website or through an invoice. All organisations will be contacted with more information on their payment in the beginning of week 29. It is very important that you don't pay before your merger is finalized and you have recieved confirmation. The deadline for payment is 25th of July.
